FACTS
Responsible for: Administrative activities as well as providing joint leadership for all of One World Week.
Liaises with: All societies, Union officials, University departmental officials and all of One World Week.
Date recruited: Currently Ongoing.
 
BRIEF:

Apart from the Coordinator and the Deputy Coordinator, the Administrator is the person most involved in the activities surrounding One World Week. They are essentially serving as a second Deputy, with a focus on the support activities. The Administrator is in many ways the ‘backbone’ of One World Week, bringing together the different elements and support group.
The Administrator is typically very well known in the OWW team, as they tend to liaise with every part of the organisation.

These tasks are vital to the success and professionalism of the world’s largest student-run event. The Administrator role is frequently demanding and carries with it a big responsibility, but is ultimately highly rewarding if done efficiently.
 
EXAMPLE TASKS:

- Responsible for Training Day.

- Communication with all departments.

- Coordinating activities throughout the week.

 
CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT:
Commitment to One World Week and what it stands for. High levels of energy and enthusiasm, organisational skills, effective and professional communicator, decent IT skills, good interpersonal skills and a good overall vision for One World Week.
