|
The F&B exec creates a varied and interesting programme of meals during the week, hence a large amount of liaising with the Days exec is necessary. The World Buffet is a grand feast which requires a large amount of careful planning. The F&B exec needs to be very aware of the constraints upon this event, but also the capacity for expansion and improvement. |

| CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT: | |
| Essential: | interest, knowledge and passion for food, excellent planning and organisational skills |
| Desirable: | past OWW experience, recipe and general cooking skills, hygiene qualifications |
