Finance Officer

FACTS
Responsible for:	All OWW finances.
Liases with:	All OWW departments, the FDSO officer in the Union, the Union finance office.
Date recruited:	Currently Ongoing.

BRIEF:
The finance officer is responsible for all the financial workings of OWW, and accepts a large role of responsibility in doing so. This role requires a certain amount of confidentiality and respect for all concerned. The role requires hard work before and after OWW, and generally coordinates the ticketing during the Week, plus other jobs which become available.

EXAMPLE TASKS:
- Multiple meetings with the FDSO, Union finance office officials - Planning the overall budgets for One World Week and its different elements. - Ticketing

CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT:
Organisational skills, diligence, trustworthiness, good IT skills are also helpful, good interpersonal skills.
