Forum Deputy Chair
 
FACTS
Responsible for: Shares responsibility with chair for all Forum exec and team members, and the overall running of the Forum element.
Liaises with: Arts centre officials, University officials, external contacts, esp. high-profile speakers, various academic departments
Date recruited: Currently Ongoing.
 
BRIEF:

Somewhat analogous to the role played by the Deputy Coordinator to the Coordinator, the Forum Deputy Chair shares the responsibility for the Forum element, and devotes a large part of their spare time to Forum.
The role typically includes a long, sustained effort for Forum, and carries with it a large responsibility to One World Week and the University as well. The chair can look to the deputy for continuous support and advice.

Forum chair requires a keen sense of the role of Forum in OWW, and has the vision to provide a platform where students can share ideas, change hearts and enrich minds
EXAMPLE TASKS:

- Securing high-profile speakers for different talks.

- Organising over 15 conferences
 
CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT:
Excellent organisational and good leadership skills. Professionalism, an eye for detail, commitment, experience with organising forums in the past.
