| Liases with: | Media Societies (PhotoSoc, Warwick Boar, WTV, Sanctuary), IT Team, Marketing and PR team, Union Marketing department and other parts of One World Week |

The Media exec is in charge of all media activities for One World Week- print, photos, videos, audio, publishing DVDs etc. The Exec liaises with all media societies on campus, and works closely with the PR/Marketing and IT teams to design media material. |

| EXAMPLE TASKS: | |
|
- Forming relationships with all the media societies on campus. - Designing the One World Week Publication, Programme, DVDs, posters etc. - Proofreading many paragraphs of text - Collecting and sorting good photographs |
|
| CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT: | |
| Organisational skills, Photoshop and/or INDesign literate, an excellent command of English, awareness of style differences and marketability, good IT skills, preferably has connections with media societies on campus. | |
