Sponsorship

FACTS
Responsible for:	All OWW sponsorship, all sponsorship team members.
Liaises with:	Sponsors, Union sponsorship department.
Date recruited:	Around Week 10 term 2 .

BRIEF:
The sponsorship exec is responsible for securing all the OWW sponsorship. He/she works closely with the Union sponsorship department, and coordinates the communication with external sponsors. Typically the sponsorship exec works hard from an early stage, and from 3rd term onwards coordinates the whole OWW sponsorship team. During the week, responsibilities become focused on communication with sponsors and ensuring the details of the contracts are met.

EXAMPLE TASKS:
- Securing sponsorship for One World Week - Building relationships with various potential sponsors throughout the year. - Drawing up the sponsorship agreements.

CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT:
High levels of professionalism. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Negotiation skills and reliability are expected.
