| BRIEF: | |
|
The theatre exec takes on the task of producing 2-4 stage performances, and needs to liaise very closely with the student drama societies. He/she coordinates a team of enthusiastic helpers to produce quality performances in accordance with the style and ethos of OWW. He/she needs to plan carefully each event, and from an early stage, making sure to account for rehearsals, etc. |

| EXAMPLE TASKS: | |

- strong working relationship with drama societies - organising venues for technical and set arrangements - liaising with Days exec to arrange good times for performances |
|
| CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT: | |
| Essential: | past Union theatrical experience, good working knowledge of venues for plays, creativity, organisational skills |
| Desirable: | technical knowledge |
